privacy ♥ policy

last updated: 7 August 2026

This is a small, invite-only gathering. We only ask for what we need to review your application and reach you if you're one of the group — nothing more.

01who we are

"Khushi's Secret Slumber Party" is operated by Movement Mediatech LLP ("we", "us", the "party"), which runs this application at secretslumberparty.com. For any privacy question, or to reach us about your information, write to khushi@secretslumberparty.com.

02what we collect

When you apply through the form, you choose to share:

Answers are saved as you give them. If you start applying but don't finish, the answers you'd already entered still reach us — that's deliberate, so a dropped connection or a closed tab doesn't lose what you typed. If you'd rather we didn't keep an unfinished application, email khushi@secretslumberparty.com and we'll delete it.

If applications have closed and you leave us your email address instead, we store that address and use it only to tell you what happens after the party — nothing else, and you can ask off the list at the same address above.

If you play the arcade and post a score, we also store the Instagram handle and score you submit for the leaderboard, plus a one-time verification code you send us.

If you're invited and you check in, we ask for a few more things so we can get you into the building and feed you:

Your ID document is held in private storage — it is never published, never shown on the site, and can only be opened by us through a link that expires within a minute. We use it for the door list and nothing else. If you'd rather not upload one, message Khushi and we'll sort your entry out another way. Please don't send us your full Aadhaar number in any other form — a photo of the card for the door list is all we need, and we mask nothing else on your behalf.

We also use analytics and advertising tools that automatically collect some technical and usage information (like your device/browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site) through cookies and similar technologies — see section 04.

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

03who processes it

To run the form and reach you, your information passes through a few trusted services:

These providers process your information on our behalf, or as independent controllers for their own analytics/advertising purposes as described in their policies above.

04cookies, analytics & advertising

To understand how the site is used and to reach people who might enjoy the party, we use cookies and similar technologies from the tools listed above:

05how long we keep it

We keep applications only as long as needed to plan this event and, if you ask, to let you know about a future one. When it's no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to remove your details at any time and we'll do so promptly.

ID documents are different, and we keep them for less time on purpose. They exist only to satisfy the venue's door list, so we delete them within 30 days of the event — the reason to hold someone's ID is gone the moment the party is. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, once you're through the door.

06your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email khushi@secretslumberparty.com from the address you applied with. Because the party is invite-only, withdrawing your information means we can no longer consider your application.

If you're in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 also gives you the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to nominate someone to act for you, and to raise a grievance. To do any of these, email khushi@secretslumberparty.com and we'll respond.

07children

This party and application are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has applied, email us and we'll delete it.

08changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
